MACHOS IS MOVING TO THE 16the Street Theater in Berwyn!!!!!!!!!!! Que emocion!!!!!!!

Oh wow. I'm really excited! I love Machos so much. I just don't know how to explain how I feel about it - we all worked so hard on it, and I really think we made something beautiful. It is smart, and funny, and opens up all kinds of dialogue about what it means to Be A Man or Be A Woman. And I am so attached to each of the characters in the play - the cast is so absolutely committed to making them come alive and there is something eerie about it sometimes, because I remember the men they're playing! And there they are - same guy, different body!

Machos is almost over and we're almost sold out for the rest of the run, which is pretty amazing and VERY exciting, but if it were up to me, we'd just go on and on...! I love this show!!!! I've seen it a million times and it STILL makes me laugh. The cast gets better every day, and it is just an incredible feeling to have been a part of this from the very very beginning and now to see it take on a life of its own. I'm very emotional about it!!!!!!!!
